Meet Dr. David Jaramillo ​

Dr. David H. Jaramillo's practice extends over many areas of Utah. He has an office in Provo, Utah, and he travels to several rural hospitals and clinics to provide clinical and surgical procedures. Areas include, Park City, Delta and Fillmore, Utah. His experience invloves all kinds of surgical procedures of both the foot and ankle. He sees a variety of age categories. Everything from pediatrics to geriatrics. Because of his Park City exposure, he sees a lot of sports medicine injuries. He has a good working relationship with the local physicians, local podiatrists and local hospitals where he provides services.

Dr. Jaramillo has been a long time resident of Utah County where he currently resides with his wife. They have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Dr. Jaramillo spent two years as a young man in Peru where he learned to speak Spanish fluently.

Dr. Jaramillo was involved with his local Rotary Club for many years and participated in many service projects with the Club. He has aspirations of being able to teach and be associated with the educational portion or the residency portion of Podiatry.

1987-1988-    Residency Training: Podiatric Surgical Residency at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veteran's Hospital in Loma Linda, California
1988- Present-    Private Practice in Provo, Utah
2006-2016-     Recertified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery



Continuing Medical Education

He has attended numerous CME seminars since residency including the following:
  • Super Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, put on by the California College of Podiatric Medicine
  • Surgical Board Preparation course in Chicago, Illinois, put on by the California College of Podiatric Medicine
  • Reconstructive Surgery Program in San Diego, California, put on by the Podiatric Institute from Atlanta, Georgia
  • Seminar in Park City, Utah, put on by the Podiatric Institute
  • All the local seminars in St. George, Utah, put on by the Utah Podiatry Medical Association
(He typically has many more hours of CME credits than necessary for state licensing.)
